About me

I studied nutrition at the University of Medical Sciences and complemented my studies as a Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, this in conjunction with my own experience and that of my patients has led me to create my own philosophy based on:
• Comprehensive learning about nutrition.
• Intuitive feeding
• Take care of our digestion
• Primary food (which is not reflected on the plate but nourishes the body)
• Conscious lifestyle
• Plant-based food (More food of plant origin and less food of animal origin, not necessarily eliminating them)
• Decrease in processed foods
