I am a cognitive behavioral therapist, a form of psychological therapy that currently has extensive evidence for the treatment of different problems such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic stress, among others. My background is in clinical and health psychology, specifically in the field of Behavioral Medicine (CM). Some of the applications in the field of CM are: development of healthy habits, promoting adherence to medical treatments, pain management, among others.
